We are committed to helping prepare you and your family for the “ifs” in life. MetLife Auto & Home has launched a new suite of Identity Theft Protection Services, available at no cost to our customers.*
Identity Theft Protection Services: These services help protect you from identity theft.
- Military: When stationed abroad, a free fraud specialist assisted 12-month military fraud alert is placed on your credit file at no additional charge. Assistance is also available to your spouse/civil union partner and eligible family members.
- Estate: A fraud specialist is assigned to protect your deceased loved one’s identity from potential misuse, also minimizing your risks in the case of jointly held accounts.
- Travel: Specialists are available 24/7 to assist worldwide in replacing passports, credit cards, and other crucial documents lost or stolen while traveling.
- Child: A fraud specialist will initiate a credit file suppression to help prevent against the potential misuse of you child’s personal information.
- Relocation: A fraud specialist is assigned to safeguard financial, credit, and identification data during a move.
- Medical: We’ll help prevent further damage when your identity is fraudulently used to obtain medical services and treatment.
- Disaster: A fraud specialist will help you replace important documents lost in a hurricane, earthquake, tornado, flood, or house fire and ensure uninterrupted access to financial institutions.
Identity Theft Resolution Services: These services are available, if you fall victim to identity theft.
